AMMAN, JORDAN, April 25, 2009 /Telecommunications PR News/ -- Kulacom Jordan, (MetroBeam Wireless Telecommunications Company), the first Jordanian integrated communications operator, has announced the launch of the very first wireless end-to-end Wave II network in the world, providing consumers with a higher quality of service, increased speed and increased bandwidth management.

Mr. Ian Heath, Kulacom Group Chief Technology Officer stated, "Wave II is the world's latest network technology and the best wireless broadband standard for portable devices, enabling a new era of high throughput and high delivered bandwidth together with exceptional spectral efficiency. These advantages will provide our customers with unparalleled capabilities in addition to providing Kulacom with added network capacity for the support of a wide range of value-added services."

The Wave II WiMAX network, which supports Multiple-Input Multiple Output (MIMO) capability, is a next generation wireless communications technology that enables superior performance, enhances the reliability of transmission speed, controls bandwidth to guarantee the minimum and maximum per user, and is fully portable and nomadic.
