A project management specialist, Sandra L. Groscost has an impressive professional background that spans 30 years. She has 15 years of experience implementing new technology, retiring legacy programs, working on infrastructures, and managing various projects in the budget range of 100,000 to seven million dollars. She also works on large infrastructures, oversees conversion to new technology, and illuminates platforms. In addition to her work with American Family Life Assurance Company of Columbus, she teaches project management courses at Columbus State University and managed an innovative project in 1998, which was inducted into the technology wing of the Smithsonian Institution.

She completed coursework in applied science and data processing at Columbus State University in 1983, and is a member of the Princeton Executive Group, the Life Office Management Association and the Project Management Institute. An avid bird-lover, Ms. Groscost wrote an article about her Nanday Conure Parrot, which appeared in the December 2003 edition of 'Bird Talk' magazine.
