Carolyn David draws upon 20 years of expertise in customer relationship management
BELLAIRE, TX, June 11, 2009 /Telecommunications PR News/ -- Carolyn David, Senior Account Manager for GEM at AT&T, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of telecommunications.
With 20 years of experience in her field, Ms. David excels in customer relationship management. On a daily basis, she is responsible for assisting government, education and medical professionals with networking and data engineering and providing them with ideas and solutions. Ms. David also participates in philanthropic activities for different organizations through Catholic Charities and once ran her own business. She attributes her success to her caring nature toward her customers and her ability to balance the profitability of the company.
Ms. David is pursuing her Master's Degree in Data Communication and received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from Ohio University. She is a board member of the Ashford Community Association and the founder of PROW in Houston, and is also affiliated with the Junior League of Houston, Inc. In 2009, she was honored with the Sweetheart Award from Beta Sigma Phi and was named a Woman of Excellence by the Federated Women's Club of Houston in 2000.
