Samantha Crawford celebrates over 10 years in telecommunications
LITTLE ROCK, AR, July 29, 2009 /Telecommunications PR News/ -- Samantha Crawford, MBA, Associate Director of Procurement for Verizon Wireless, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in telecommunications.
As associate director of procurement for Verizon Wireless, Ms. Crawford excels in the procurement of wireless devices and accessories. She is accountable for all handset and accessory supplier and inventory management activities to support legacy Alltel territories. She was inspired to enter the field by her father, who worked in telecommunications, and she started out working for Alltel, which was acquired by Verizon. She attributes her success to the support she receives from her mentors. Ms. Crawford received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Little Rock in 2002 and Bachelor of Fine Arts from Stephens College in 1998.
