SAYLORSBURG, PA, November 29, 2010 /Telecommunications PR News/ -- J. Alan Fowler, Director of Telecommunications for Northampton County, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in civil service.

J. Alan Fowler has over 20 years of professional experience, twenty of which have been dedicated to Pennsylvania's Northampton County. Specialized in telecommunications, Fowler is tasked with managing the transmission of telephone PBX systems, and other data throughout Northampton County Government.
