BUCHAREST, ROMANIA, May 07, 2011 /Telecommunications PR News/ -- Between 11 and 13 of May, Rohde & Schwarz Topex will be present in Bogota, Columbia at the 7th edition of Congreso Andino.
Congreso Andino, with an audience of more than 1,600 people, involves the sector's leading companies, technology providers and customers.

At this event Rohde & Schwarz Topex will focus on two main solutions: Call Center Applications and SIM Management. The Call Center Application is based on its Cellular Gateways which route the mobile calls on different networks directly "on-net" calls and it can also centralize storage and virtual allocation of SIM cards for different tariffs.
The SIM Management platform with its highly scalable architecture is a business-oriented solution targeting large corporate organizations looking for ways to take their workforce mobile with all the savings and efficiency of VoIP
